Dust Covered Carpet

Our second series after Popfest Sessions documenting the local music scene: the Open House Sessions! Vienna-based bands invite some friends over and play a stripped down show in an intimate setting. The series allows us to get a glimpse behind the curtains of artist apartments or other places the musicians have a personal connection to and capture the inspiring mood of such mini-concerts, where there is literally no barrier between the bands and the audience. In episode 10 the stirring Dust Covered Carpet perform in singer Volker’s living room, fueled by red wine and a small but enthusiastic audience that gets treated with unconventionally beautiful songs.
