Touchy Mob

With his organic Frickelsound Touchy Mob finished the last evening at MS Dockville Festival. On the morning after this electronic cloud has ebbed away, we meet the Berlin-based artist at Hamburg’s Schanzenviertel. However, this time Touchy Mob is eager to perform an acoustic session without his electronic stage gear. He heads for a fancy piano shop, where he takes a seat at a classy Steinway with a view on the busy Schanzenstraße. Touchy Mob starts the marvelously fragile “Superhero Point Of View” that is slowly building up to a striking thunderstorm. In the heat of this crescendo the surrounding gets more and more blurred out and everything culminates in these beautiful lines: “From your superhero point of view this epic lightning kicks in, thin air dizzy you might declare every filthy miniature as beauty’s mountain top.”
