Trouble Over Tokyo

Our second series after Popfest Sessions documenting the local music scene: the Open House Sessions! Vienna-based bands invite some friends over and play a stripped down show in an intimate setting. The series allows us to get a glimpse behind the curtains of artist apartments or other places the musicians have a personal connection to and capture the inspiring mood of such mini-concerts, where there is literally no barrier between the bands and the audience. Trouble Over Tokyo’s Toph Taylor chooses the classy ambience of Bockkeller in the outskirts of the city. The London-born but Vienna-resident songwriter plays a full show (and what a show!) on piano and guitar for a very lucky and happy crowd.
